Children have never needed a great deal to be happy – why do adults demand so much?
Absolutely Stephen that is true. All they really need is safety, security and good role models and they will prosper and be happy. It’s the “grown ups” that cause all our worlds problems; mostly the male side of our species!
A great image! Nicely composed, lovely composition and tones. :)
Cheers Richard glad you like this one; it was a colour or mono dilemma! :)
This is a really neat picture, Peter! I love how you show the environment and how joyful the children are despite the circumstances. I’m sure deep down they are hurt and fearful, but it’s great insentive to learn to be greatful and count you blessings.
That’s so true Hannah. I think that the girl in this picture had some really sad circumstances to deal with but being a child in that environment, especially being a girl, she’s powerless.
I’m hoping that some friends of mine there who do a lot of good work are going to be able to offer some help. Fingers crossed!
Oh, I hope so too. I will be praying for her and the other children like her. As well as wisdom for your friends!
Beautiful!
Hi, thanks for the comment :) This is a favourite of mine and very special!
Beautiful shots, so full of candor.
Thanks I’m glad you like them :)
The composition really is excellent!
Thanks, I’m grateful for your comment :)
Beautiful capture, Peter! May this cheer stay in their lives & spirits forever! :)
Thanks Teju :)
Innocent smiles :)
Definitely :)
I do wonder how the color version would look! Lovely motion!
Hi Ana, You’ve started me thinking now about the colour!! :) I might go back and have another look at it!
Congrats! Superb shot!
Thanks Cristian!
